George Dodge, Jr. is a retired high school principal in Santa Rosa. After serving in the U.S. Navy, George earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from New Mexico Highlands University. His professional experience includes teaching for five years, working as a principal for eight, and owning a small business in Santa Rosa for over 30 years.
Elected in 2010, George has used his position in the legislature to fight for working families, teachers, law enforcement officers, and small business owners. As a grandparent and former school administrator, George has seen first-hand the importance of early childhood education and the role that our public schools can play in improving the lives of New Mexicans.
George currently resides in Santa Rosa with his wife, Kathy.
